To repair the damage any unstable or damaged tiles will be removed along with the sealant and grout in affected area.
The affected wall will be dried out, treated and repaired.
We will always attempt to save your tiles by cleaning them and removing the adhesive. However replacement may be needed depending on tile damage.

This service is suitable where grout has deteriorated and allowed water to penetrate behind
the tiles. Over time this causes the tiles to lift away know as blown tiles.
To repair the damage, we will remove all existing sealant and grout, fully remove all affected
grout, and take away any unstable tiles. The wall behind will be assessed, treated, and
repaired accordingly . Your tiles will be cleaned and reinstalled where possible, and new
grout and sealant will be applied to make the area watertight again. Please note: if you select this option, we will contact you to confirm the price and check
